Messages when installation is attempting to delete files

Issue

During installation, sometimes messages come up stating one of several things:

• locked file cannot be deleted, do you want to try again?

• shared file, do you want to delete?

• read-only file, do you want to delete?

Solution

The proper response is to choose Ignore for the locked files, Yes for the shared files and Yes for the read-only files.
